			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To improve outr health and fitness at Rector Drew, children will only be allowed fruit or veg at morning and afternoon breaks from Monday 14th January. </p>
<p>We would like all pupils to take part in our 5 a day challenge &#8211; eating 5 portions of fruit or veg a day (a portion being a handful).  Break snacks can be any <font color="#00ff00">fruit, veg or dried fruit</font>, but <font color="#ff0000">NOT fruit bars, yoghurts, health bars etc</font>.  We want all snacks to arrive in a &#8220;natural wrapper&#8221; to help keep our environment clean and tidy too.</p>
