5 A Day Challenge!

To improve outr health and fitness at Rector Drew, children will only be allowed fruit or veg at morning and afternoon breaks from Monday 14th January. 

We would like all pupils to take part in our 5 a day challenge – eating 5 portions of fruit or veg a day (a portion being a handful).  Break snacks can be any fruit, veg or dried fruit, but NOT fruit bars, yoghurts, health bars etc.  We want all snacks to arrive in a “natural wrapper” to help keep our environment clean and tidy too.
